I have completed a number of transactions with this client and her husband. Being asked to assist her mom is very special. Even though the information that may be needed has nothing to do with future revenues, it just doesn’t matter. Being asked to be a trusted advisor is priceless.



Hi Joe.

My mother, Cindy XXXXXXXX is in the middle of rolling her properties into her LLC through a quick claim deed.  She is in Minnesota, and I know the process is a bit different with every state, but I told her you were both excellent resources if she had any mortgage questions.  She may be reaching out if she runs into anything she is unfamiliar with.  She’s a pretty savvy lady, so it may not be needed, but this email is just so the call/email doesn’t catch you off guard (and she usually refers to me as Andrea J).
