“Always an Honor when someone asks me to Refer Them”

“Always an Honor when someone asks me to Refer Them”

Good afternoon Joe, its Pedro & Daniel, can you please recommend another realtor for us please. We don’t have a good understanding with XXXXXXXXXX, our current realtor. He is a good guy, but, we don’t understand each other. He just keeps pushing for houses over 145,000. also we’ve been looking by ourselves for others.

It is always such a compliment when one of my clients looks to get a referral. I constantly let them know to utilize me as a resource, before during and even after a transaction has been completed.

These clients were already working with an agent and that means I don’t interfere with that process, but all bets are off when the client isn’t getting what they need.

Hi Joe Petrowsky Not every client fits with every agent. Better to change early rather than later.

It really IS a compliment when someone trusts us enough to ask for a referral. Sounds like this is a situation that needs to be remedied right away instead of wasting time with someone who is not listening to their client!

Good morning, Joe --- I like what you say about not interfering when you know clients are already represented -- I feel the same way about buyers and their lenders.  As you say, when they contact you for a referral -- I'm happy to share.

Joe, if the agent is not creating a good experience, and the clients are not happy with the agent, all bets are off. Time to send in the big guns.

Joe, my preferred lender keeps a stack of my business cards, just in case they have a home to sell, or don't have a REALTOR.  Love it.
