Good afternoon Joe, its Pedro & Daniel, can you please recommend another realtor for us please. We don’t have a good understanding with XXXXXXXXXX, our current realtor. He is a good guy, but, we don’t understand each other. He just keeps pushing for houses over 145,000. also we’ve been looking by ourselves for others.


It is always such a compliment when one of my clients looks to get a referral. I constantly let them know to utilize me as a resource, before during and even after a transaction has been completed.


These clients were already working with an agent and that means I don’t interfere with that process, but all bets are off when the client isn’t getting what they need.

It really IS a compliment when someone trusts us enough to ask for a referral. Sounds like this is a situation that needs to be remedied right away instead of wasting time with someone who is not listening to their client!
