“Lots of Prospective Buyers are Home Searching”
The other day I wrote a blog about the number of current pre-qualifications that I have out. Even though a number of them are already in contract to purchase a home, many more are coming into the market place.
The good news is that I’m doing pre-qualifications for clients in all 8 states that I do business.
What kind of activity are you seeing in your state?
I was looking at houses again, took a break for the winter, but now I am ready to own a home. Nothing has changed on my income, so will need a new pre-qualification letter. I will be working with the same agent, she has been sending me houses for about a month, I want to look at one that is listed for $329,000 currently and thinking about making an offer. What type or rates would I be looking at with 10% down? The property taxes are about $9000 a year. I would like to know if this would be out of my payment range.
