I had set up an appointment with these clients to do a refinance. As part of that process I ask a lot of questions. We spent an hour talking about their lives, their dreams and whether or not it was possible to attain them.


As a result of the conversation the numbers and the purpose of the refinance changed, so much so that they are also moving forward on the purchase of a beach property. Originally they were thinking that this dream wouldn’t happen for a few years. A few years became NOW in 2016:


Hi Joe Thank you for a great and productive meeting this afternoon. John and I appreciate everything you did today including some insight into what our options could be in owning a shoreline home.


We are excited to see where all this takes us between the refinance and the purchase of a 2nd home.

Hi Joe.  The first thing that hit me about your blog was "We spent an hour talking about their lives, their dreams and whether or not it was possible to attain them.  Who does that anymore besides you?
