“Impossible to put a Value on Trust”

“Impossible to put a Value on Trust”

I trust you will take care of them – home owning is a totally new concept to them. They have just recently decided to stay in the USA permanently.

I never mind being challenged when it comes to TRUST. There is no greater gift that you can give someone.

It is enough of a challenge for anyone to buy a home, but much more when someone doesn’t understand the customs, the down payment, the closing costs and the tax implications. All the information can be overwhelming.

Our meeting lasted over an hour. We had to review some of the information a few times, but when we were finished they took a deep breath and stated, “We are ready to begin out journey, but we will have many more questions.” They left with a pre-qualification in hand and a lot more at ease.

Hi Joe,

If you can earn someone's trust, that is the foundation for success!  Trust is a huge component of what I do as a home inspector and I'm happy to be the source of information to put people at ease.  Great post!

Good Morning Joe,

This is a great post! Would you believe as of 2016, a Texas Realtor can't used the word Value anymore?

There is no way to quantify the value of trust, Joe. But you sure can quantify the cost when trust is lost.

Too many people take "trust" for granted and can give us all in the industry a bad name. I am not surprised to hear this couple is moving forward with you!

Ohhh, the questions that will come Joe Petrowsky .   It can be amazing and even amusing, some of the questions people from outside our culture come up with in their desire for knowledge and understanding.   I think they found the perfect person to put their "TRUST" in and I'm sure you will represent the industry well throughout their transaction.
