“How Much Do My Services Cost?”

“How Much Do My Services Cost?”

I am asked this question a lot and it is important to understand. I assist many clients on cleaning up and improving credit and it is something I have never charged for. I always saw it as a good investment on our parts to create long term relationships, loyalty and lots of future referrals.

I know there are many companies that charge for this service, but it really doesn’t take much time and if the clients follow the recommendations, the results can accomplish thagee goal of home ownership.

Good morning Joe,

I spoke with you on Friday about helping my husband and I clean up our credit to get into a house. I just had a few questions before we set up any appointments. What is your fee to assist us?

Thanks in advance, hope to hear from you soon!

Good morning Joe Petrowsky ,

I guess it is just like sellers asking us how much a comparative market analysis costs. I know some who charge but to me it is something I offer when determining the right sales price for a prospective seller.

Everything we do is not money motivated. Building relationships is more important for long term success.

Good Morning Joe:

Some do charge for helping people boost their credit. But that is not you. The reward is when they reach the point where they become qualified to purchase a home and see their dream within reach.

Hey Joe Petrowsky We agree on this completely. I will "talk" to everyone at no cost. If we go forward, then I will earn my fee.

Hi Joe -- a helping hand can mean so much to those in need of expert advice and guidance.  Good for you.

You hope that clients will come back to use your services when they are ready, yet some will not. They will get sidetracked or they came to you for the most professional advice, and then they'll hire their brother-in-law realizing full well what they have done, but overall, the number of jerks are small by comparison and not enough to stop helping people with free advice.

I do now of a few lenders that will charge for the assistance .  They feel it makes their client be a little more responsive as they have some skin in the efforts.  That money is then credited to their account when they start the mortgage process.

Our professional fee is not the most part of a successful transaction . . . . It's the results.

Good luck and success.
