“Julia Has a Lot of Work to do but she will get to the Finish Line”

Anytime someone communicates with me letting me know right up front that they have credit issues, I never know what to expect. But when someone has been referred by a client that has similar issues, there is a good chance the results will be just as good.

I worked with Luisa for nearly a year before she got her credit where it needed to be but she was committed and has now owned a home for a couple of years. Julia is also the third referral she has sent my way. If you give someone hope and can get them to fulfill the homeownership dream, they will constantly refer friends, family and co-workers.

Hi Joe,

Luisa referred me to you. I am looking to buy a home for me and my son but don't know what the process is or how to begin. I do know I don't have the best credit, but she told me to follow your advice. When you get a few minutes, give me a call at 401 XXX-XXXX.

Julia

Joe I get these calls fairly often, and those who are referred by others who had similar issues are normally very motivated to correct their issues, and a successful result.

So many people refuse to work with people who have bad credit, and it's not just the lenders but the agents, too. They think it's too much work, yet all people need our help.

Joe Petrowsky As long as they're willing to listen, helping them is so satisfying.  It's the other ones who when asked if they've been preapproved, I get, no problem, I have 800 credit score, etc., etc. but they refuse to speak to a lender that are more problematic to me.

One of my best referral sources is a gentleman that had major credit issues that took over a year to work beyond Joe Petrowsky .   Once I got his mortgage closed, all his friends said "if she can help you, I want to talk to her".   I've closed numerous loans for his friends and co-workers.
