Ryan is an attorney and referral partner. He was a bit surprised when I let him know that I was going to refer him to a loan officer at a bank. I have referred my clients that invest in multifamily homes there as they do a much better job than what I can do for him.
This bank keeps all of these loans in their portfolio and doesn’t require the reserves that most of the lenders that I use do. They also work the debt ratio completely different. So for Ryan this is a much better option.
All these referrals I give out I see as a deposit in good will and I’m not worried about what I might get back.
