Overall, this is good, but dumb to say available close to 24/7.  Sounds desperate and says there are no boundaries.  There is no reason to write that.

Let me take the contrarian opinion here... Energetic? Yes. Custom to the client? Um, no! 

I would have asked for an appointment to discuss their needs and timeframe at the very least. My email (if I chose to SEND an email; I might have preferred a phone call with an email follow-up) would have stated your complete name & title, given a brief overview of my background, with a link to my website. I would be excited and professional, but not over the top.

This is a great, upbeat message, Joe. And bound to get a buyer's attention. But I never tell anyone I work every day, all day long--even if I do. No need to invite them to be calling and texting at midnight.
