“Commercial Real Estate Brokers are an Import Source of Referrals”
Over the years I have interacted with many in the real estate industry that have referred clients that need to refinance their residential properties for one reason or another. The majority of the time it is to consolidate debts and or raise cash for a commercial transaction.
I have also referred clients to many of these commercial brokers as many of my clients are investors for small and sometimes larger commercial real estate. Below is a perfect example.

I have a client that is looking to consolidate his debt. I have his property listed as a commercial parcel of land and it is on the market for $850,000. Jeff’s cell number is 860 XXXXXXX. Let me know the outcome.

Great post. You're right too! I've been trying to find a good commercial agent to be referral partners with.
Joe those are good referrals, and I am sure you were able to help.
I often receive referrals from mortgage brokers and vice versa, but I try to limit my referrals to the guys I have experience with, as I imagine most agents do, which is probably why you get so many referrals.
