“After Canceling Three Appointments”
I have all the information I would need to meet with you so whenever you are available to meet would be great. I know we are right in the middle of the holidays so just let me know when you can be free and we can see if that works if you're still interested in meeting with me.
Three times was not a charm, but of course I would be willing to meet on December 31st and I hope this time I can finally get the mortgage done and complete this purchase. I originally met with this guy 4 months ago as he wanted to purchase the home he was renting. He and the sellers have worked out an agreement without a Realtor which may create a problem and is something I don’t encourage.
I let him know that even though he has been living at the property for the last 4 years he should get a home inspection, water test and termite test. Eventually all of these things were done and hopefully there won’t be an appraisal issue ahead but the way this transaction has gone, nothing would surprise me.

I hope it all comes to closure soon. It sounds like you gave him some great guidance.
Good morning, Joe Petrowsky Debbie's right....YOU were the real estate agent, too.....
Hope he finally keeps the appointment!
Hi Joe. It's tough when there isn't a professional involved except for you.
Hi Joe. I am assuming there's some question as to this person's motivation.
Good morning Joe. If you have questions about the purchase it must be a lulu. Hope it all works out
Joe Petrowsky This tenant is fortunate that his landlord agreed to sell the property to him after only four years. Hope this gets done and all your patience pays off! Happy New Year!
Good morning again Joe. You certainly are accommodating. (not surprised though) Happy New Year.
He is fortunate that he will be working with him. Happy New Year.
Good morning Joe,
Just remember it took God seven days to do his work and in our time that is an eternity. Just another page in outstanding customer service.
Happy New Year.
Make yourself a great day.
Good luck with this transaction. I hope all goes well for the home buyers.
Happy New Year!
Joe, OH MY, these two should have contacted a REALTOR to be sure this transaction makes it to the table!
Good morning Joe. Sounds like you have been designated as the adviser without compensation for same. The things you have to do for business these days! Enjoy your day
Joe - I hope this guy finally does pull the trigger and get this done. Have a Happy New Year.
Living in the home doesn't give quite the same urgency does it? Hope you have a Happy New Year Joe.
We all know with lenders and real estate transactions nothing is final until it's recorded. We'll keep our fingers crossed for this one.
Joe Petrowsky Good way to finish the year. Now, get in the car and go to the shore, your New Year's Eve is waiting.
Bill Roberts
Joe,
Congratulations on all your success, and I hope this person comes around...Wishing you and Gail a very happy New Year. A
Sounds like he's finally ready, Joe, if he has gone through all the inspections. Now let's see if he can afford it!
It's too bad that borrowers don't take the process more seriously, and consider the mortgage brokers who take time out of their day to help them buy homes. Happy New Year, may all your clients become homeowners in 2016!
Joe
Sometimes it's takes time and persistence to successfully to bring the elements of the transacting together . . . . Another great job.
Good luck and success.
Lou Ludwig
Joe both you and I know that without a Realtor involved to assist in the purchase there will be issues
I hope it works out for your Buyers. A professional would have helped tremendously!
Perseverance pays off Joe Petrowsky . Hopefully it will ring true with this transaction too.
