“Of Course I Can Refer a California Loan Officer”

“Of Course I Can Refer a California Loan Officer”

Here is the scenario Joe.

My daughter has a California Bungalow for 15 yrs. in Los Angeles, CA. One bedroom and a half, married and need to put that on the market and look for a two bedroom house.

You stated on your message that you have contacts in California. Could you E Mail that info. Just send me the one that you think is best to do business with.

Can she use your name as referral?

Thank you

I am so fortunate to have connections all over the country that I can refer my clients or their families to. Most of these referrals work out very well, but on a rare occasion they don’t. I let everyone know that when I refer someone and things don’t work out the way you expected to contact me immediately so that I can make another referral.

Good morning, Joe -- as Lise Howe commented - it's wise to mention that while you carefully recommend a referral partner for clients, sometimes things may not work out.    On those rare occasions when that happens it's good business to let them know they have you as their trusted adviser to find someone more appropriate.

Joe, for CA mortgages, I know a guy!!!  I have had some great experiences with AR referrals (giving & receiving), and some not-so-pleasant experiences as well.  It's a crapshoot sometimes, unfortunately.
