“Taking Care of the Family”

“Taking Care of the Family”

I write often about 203 K mortgages. It always seems that once we have done one for someone they know someone else that may want to purchase a property doing the same kind of mortgage. In this case it is the brother that was referred. When I asked “Who do you know that needs my help?” he referred his brother.

Hi Joe, I'm Justin's brother, and also interested in a 203k loan. What are the requirements regarding existing mortgages? There are already existing mortgages under my name... Can I still qualify for a 203k loan product?

Who else do you know that needs my help?

Referrals are just the best aren't they - They are no cost lead generation and so satisfying because it is another pat on the back for a job well done- sometimes months or years ago.

Good morning Joe. Asking for the cookie doesn't always get the job but not asking insures you won't.

Good morning Joe,

The KING of referrals shows how it is done each day with a little effort of just asking.

Make yourself a great day.

Just like you, Conrad Allen knows that buying a home that needs 203k loan will give the buyers instant equity.

Joe: One more example where asking for referrals really pays off. Of course it starts with providing quality service.

Nothing makes me happier, Joe, than to receive a phone call or email like this from a relative of one of my clients. That's what tells me I did a great job.

Good for you, Joe. It seems as if your method of asking for business works. And, naturally you get the job done for your clients. It makes it easy for them to refer you.

Referrals are the life blood of a business, although there should be some type of additional post with that comment of additional mortgages

Joe we don't get referral unless we ask for them, and you do a great job of doing that.
