“Love When Things Come Together”
The challenge was finding the home that my client wanted to purchase and needing to sell her current residence. After speaking to the agent, she told me that property was being listed at a price that will sell.
I recommended that we get together to do the application right away and get a jump on things. The application process went very well and we submitted the loan to the lender right away. One week later, her current home went on deposit.
That is another opportunity for me to give out another referral.
Good Morning Joe,
I got an offer on my house and have accepted!! I have attached the agreement. So I guess we can get started. I will be calling the real estate lawyer when they get into the office this am to make sure he can be my lawyer for the transactions. Also I would love to have the name of an inspector you recommend as I will be calling that person today to try and setup inspections. The closing is set by both parties to be done on Oct 26th. The sale of my house in the am and the purchase of my new house right after (hopefully). Let me know what else you need from me! I'm so happy!!!!!!! Thank you so much!
