“There is Nothing like Repeat Business”



“Good morning Joe,

It will be close to four years since you handled our refinance. We are now selling our house and looking to buy a condo and would like to work with you again.


Thank you very much.”




After handling the pre-qualification for them we discussed next steps. Their current home is already on the market so things are moving quickly. They have already had one offer and another is forthcoming.


We discussed down payment for the new purchase and the estimate for closing costs that they should plan on. We discussed the attorney that they want to use for the sale and purchase, who is actually the same attorney I referred 4 years ago.


I handled a referral for a home inspector and a mover for them. The best part of the conversation was when Lynn said, “It is great knowing we are in good hands”
