The closing went great, I kept hearing how bad this TRID stuff was going to be from Realtor and the attorney, but you promised it would all be fine and it was, thank you, thank you.

 

Also, I wanted to meet with you to see if we can help my mom.

 

There still is so much talk about TRID and how difficult it is going to be or how bad it is, the truth is that it’s as bad or as difficult as we make it. I have done mortgages using a handful of lenders. Some really have their act together and others are still struggling. In most cases I am working with the lenders that have figured out how to do it well and will wait before I send any business to the ones that just don’t have it all together as of yet.
