“Stop Collecting Rent Slips”

   “Stop Collecting Rent Slips”

Dear Mr. Petrowsky,

I came across a blog you wrote a couple of years ago where you discussed owning a home verses renting. It seemed that you spoke to me directly, but wish I read it two years ago.

After doing some online searches about you, OMG would love to work with you. Fortunately you are licensed in the state I live and want to purchase a home, will you work with me? I am ready to “stop collecting rent slips” as you said in your blog.

Debbie

I understand that home ownership isn’t for everyone for one reason or another. It always amazes me how often folks don’t know they can buy. When I interact with people to discuss buying a home and I take them through the pre-qualification process, many are surprised that they can even buy a home and don’t have to rent.

“WHO ELSE DO YOU KNOW THAT NEEDS MY HELP?”
