I was also wondering if it's not too much trouble if you could give me an estimated monthly payment for one of the houses that I'm looking at this weekend, that I really like so far. The home is priced at $184,900 taxes last year were $3739. If the seller will cover the closing costs I would be looking to put down about $18,000.
I always recommend that my clients communicate with me before making an offer on a home to make sure that they have a clear understanding as to what their estimated mortgage payment is going to be.
Sure, they can run the numbers themselves, but I want to always be in contact with my clients through the process.
