“More Referrals to and from Institutions in 2016”

“More Referrals to and from Institutions in 2016”

In 2015 nearly 15% of my mortgage practice are referrals from banks, credit unions, other lenders and friendly competitors. In 2016 I see that number continuing to grow.

Paul let me know that he closed the last referral that I sent him, it was a Realtor referral partner, as they were buying a three season beach property and it was a mortgage that I couldn’t do.

Joe,

Wanted to let you we closed the XXXXXXXXXX’s mortgage today. They are so excited and they think you walk on water. This is now the fourth transaction we closed this year that you referred. Our bank enjoys working with your company, as we each do business the other can’t do.

We look forward to sending much more business in 2016. As we previously discussed, I will make arrangements to have you come in to meet with all of our loan officers and the VP in charge of residential lending. Not sure I can arrange it, but it might be smart to include the underwriters, as we are located in one office.

I heard back from the folks I had referred last week, they are hopeful that you can get their mortgage done. I have already told them, if you can’t no one can.

Have a wonderful 2016 and lets send each other ever more referrals.

Paul XXXXX
