“Information and Advice can be Dangerous”

“Information and Advice can be Dangerous”

Hi Joe

I Have a friend who is selling her home and at the same time buying...

If she consolidates some bills through her credit union will that be a bad thing when searching for a mortgage?

She will be paying Dr bills, City tax and one credit card

What will it show on credit?

I understand that friends want to be helpful, but decisions around credit and mortgages need to be addressed by a professional in the business. For me to attempt to answer some of these questions without truly understanding everything involved is like calling a doctor and saying you don’t feel well and ask for some sort of medication.

Once I speak to her friend and get a lot more details and understand credit, then I will be able to offer some coaching.
