“Blogging Efforts are Paying Dividends”
Every few months I write about specific mortgage products. I get inquiries on a regular basis that is specific to different mortgage products. I wish they were all for states that I am licensed, but I still answer the questions and work on getting everyone a referral that can help them.
It seems when those who inquire have a sense that you are an expert in your industry, there is no selling. It is just “Can you handle the mortgage for me?”
Good morning Joe,
I came across a couple of blogs you wrote on FHA 203 K loans, you sure seem to know a lot about the topic. I also went to your website, a few of your testimonials were from clients that you helped using this mortgage product.
I've been researching, I have a few questions.
1. Can the contractor be a relative? My brother is a professional contractor.
2. Can you send me the referral you mentioned for the inspector?
3. Are we eligible for all three options- a straight FHA loan, streamline FHA 203k, or standard FHA 203k?
4. I'm curious what borrow amount would put our monthly mortgage payments under $1,500?
Can you give me a list of what you need from me, in order to get me a pre-qualification?
