“Joe, I have a HOT Referral for You”

 

 

 

When one of my referral partners sends me a referral with a message that states it’s a “HOT” referral, it gets my attention. Paul was right. These folks were waiting for me to contact them.

 

By the time I called them, they had already checked me out on Linkedin and Googled my name. As they shared their situation and needs with me, they made it clear that they were ready to get started with a mortgage application.

 

Joe, I have a hot referral for you, these folks called the bank looking for a VA loan, which we don’t do, as you know.

They are expecting your call.  They are moving from Alabama to Killingly, CT.  Looking for VA financing.  All the contact information is below.
