“Bring Me the Construction Projects”

Bring Me the Construction Projects”

Hi Joe,

I have another joint venture for both of us, similar to the transaction we did late last year. Our bank has a long time client that wants to build a home in Florida, but again we can’t do construction loans of this size and I know you do. Our bank will do the end loan and get you the end loan approval like we did before.

I have permission from the client to get you the complete package including the plans and signed construction package.

We work with banks all the time, either doing the construction part of a transaction or the end loan piece when the bank can do the construction part.

Bring me your construction loans for one to four family homes. Construction loans are available for private individuals with experience or not and also for builders.
