Ok, good to know! There are so many damn details it is so helpful to have experts to advise throughout. I wish we were getting good advice from our agent. Thank you so much!

 

After I got a call from my client that their offer had been accepted, I asked when the home inspection would be done. They told me that since the home was totally renovated a home inspection wouldn’t be necessary. Are you kidding me?

 

I immediately recommended that they arrange for a home inspection. It took some time to explain why after they were already told that an inspection was not necessary. Hopefully it comes out OK, but I am always a bit skeptical and would be even if the home was brand new.

 

I sent a nasty email to their agent. I’m sure she isn’t very happy with me, oh well. Hopefully she will use this as a learning experience.
