“Great Time to Buy and Sell”
I can’t begin to thank you for convincing me to put our home on the market, we actually ended up getting $20,000 over the asking price. We thought the property would sell for around $220,000, but the Realtor you referred us to had us put it on at $239,900 and as I said we ended up $20,000 above that.
At this point we have about $100,000 to put down on our next home so want to go over some math with you as we want to keep our payment under $2000. With rates the way they are we should be able to accomplish our goal?

With interest rates as low as they are compared to a year ago, even paying $20,000 to $30,000 more for a home the payment would be about the same. Keep that in mind when searching for your next home or if you are considering refinancing.
