Hey Joe I just had a quick question for you. Me and my wife went and looked at a house that was 429.000. I was going to make him an offer on 419 but I wanted to talk to you and see if we were in the 419 range with $50,000 down will it keep us in our 2500.00? Pending on the approval I understand that but are we close.
The answer to the question was NO, the taxes were $11,000 for the year and the estimated homeowner’s insurance for the older Victorian home was $3,000 per year. The bottom line, the mortgage payment would be just under $2900 per month. They decided to keep looking.
