“They Need to Plan for Tomorrow”

“They Need to Plan for Tomorrow”

Hi Mr Joe.

I hope you can help me make my next move. Last night my landlord told us that he is going to sell the house and tomorrow a potential buyer is coming to take a look at the house so I'm trying to know if me and my wife will qualify for a mortgage.

My wife’s score is a 650 my score is a 580 according to Transunion

Now my checking account shows $20,000 and I have $16,000 in   my savings account that I can use for down payment.  Please let me know how it looks to you. Thank you

Manny

My mortgage practice is extremely diverse. Many years ago we hired a Spanish speaking processor because of the volume of business that we do in that community in all 8 states that we do mortgages in.

This is an extremely loyal community that is constantly referring friends, family and co-workers. Manny and his wife will be wonderful homeowners and make great neighbors.
