“This has been going on for Two Years!”
I’m done waiting! I know you have heard me say this before, but my rent has gone up for the last time. You guessed it, I need a new pre-qualification. My income has gone up slightly since we last spoke and the credit should still be good.
I wonder how much more she will have to pay for a home by waiting these two years, but one thing is for sure “THOUSANDS”. This is someone who makes a huge salary and has plenty of dollars for a down payment, but just couldn’t pull the trigger.
There are many like Ann out in the market place that know they should buy a home instead of paying higher and higher rent. In Ann’s case she is paying $1600 for rent and is getting killed on taxes and has nothing to show for it except a bunch of rent slips.
“Who else do you know that needs my help?”
