“Looking Forward to Working with You Again”

“Looking Forward to Working with You Again”

Hi there Joe,

Wanted to let you know that, Joe XXXXXXXX sent us a buyer referral. I spoke with the buyer today and you should be hearing from Jonathan XXXXXX as he also referred you as well, not surprising as you did a great job for him. Jonathan will need to get me a pre-qualification letter before I can begin showing him any properties.

Looking forward to working with you again, I’ve moved to William Pitt Sotheby’s :) Happy Holidays 🎁

I continue to be blown away by the number of pre-qualification requests during this period of time. These are home purchases that most likely will take place in the first quarter of 2020. If the plan is to purchase a home in 2020, it is never too early to begin getting prepared.

It is important to know what your credit looks like and if improvements need to be made, so now is the time to do it. If debts need to be paid off, it’s never too early to start.

If you need some coaching with the process, communicate with me and we’ll begin!
