“Of Course We can Work Together”
Mr. Petrowsky
It has been a few months since we have interacted, we owe you an apology. I’m sure you recall we never went through with the mortgage application because we thought the rate available to us was too high.
At the time our Realtor recommended her “go to” mortgage guy that turned out to be a total waste of time. He let us know that he could get the mortgage at about a half percent less than what you told us was available to us.
After three months our loan was denied and we ended up losing the house that we had the deposit on. We are truly disappointed, but we need to move on.
At the time we came to see you, you addressed a number of issues that we would need to deal with, including a couple of collection accounts. All the issues you went over with us, came back to bite us. I could go on and on, but no point.
Can we work together again? Please get back to me so that we may have a conversation.
It is never fun to lose business. But I can feel good about giving someone good information rather than giving someone BS only for them to have a problem and not get the mortgage that they applied for.
Unfortunately I am seeing more of this kind of story and it doesn’t make the industry look good.
I always refer back to the coaching my parents gave me as a child and it has never left me. Their mantra was “Don’t dirty the steps to this home”. It was true then and certainly is today.
