“Such a Simple Solution!”
Hey Joe, your name was given to me by my neighbor, you did his mortgage. My wife and I are in the process of buying an ocean front home. The purchase price is 1.1 million and we are planning on putting $500,000 down but have been denied because we own another home that we are planning on selling, but not until we close on the home we want to buy.
We have a $230,000 mortgage remaining on our current residence. The bank is saying with both mortgages we just don’t qualify. Phil said you are really good at what you do, so any ideas?
Thank you for your email. What I would do is payoff your current mortgage so that payment goes away and put 20% down on the home you wish to purchase.
Joe, that makes absolute sense to me, will you handle the mortgage for us? Phil told me that you know your shit, he wasn’t kidding.
They qualified so well the way the loan was structured. They will enjoy their oceanfront home by mid-May.
