“Are You Serious?”
I was wondering with home inspections, do any test results of radon, well water, septic, etc have to have a passing test result for loan approval of USDA loan that I will be doing in New Hampshire? The real estate agent wasn’t sure.
As crazy as it seems I am asked this question far too often. Why would a prospective home buyer even consider buying their next home without doing a home inspection and all relevant tests and require that all come out in a positive manner? It just doesn’t make sense.
What is even more frustrating is that an agent would even think no inspection is OK. Just Crazy!
