“Your Bank May Not be the Answer”

“Your Bank May Not be the Answer”

Good morning Joe.

I have been shopping for a mortgage for a couple of weeks and have become very frustrated. I originally went to my bank, but after discussing what they had available for me, it didn’t take me long to figure out that “my” bank was not in my best interest.

I happened to mention my frustration to my boss (John XXXXXXX). His statement was “contact my guy”, that was good enough for me.

I’m sure my situation is not unique, I bought at the top of the market and have no equity and my rate is much higher than today’s rates. Currently 4.875% FHA mortgage. What can you do for me?

Jed

The crazy part about this situation is that I can easily save him one and a half percent interest by doing an FHA streamline mortgage with no appraisal or closing costs. Jed could have done this refinance a few years ago and lowered his mortgage payment dramatically.

I called John to thank him and he told me he expected no less.
