“Yes, Of Course I Want You to Sign with a Realtor”
We are not signed on with a realtor and found this house on our own. Do you think it might be good to have the realtor of this house sell ours as well? She would definitely have motivation because the sale of our house would mean the sale of both houses...or do you think we should have our own realtor?
Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated!
I cringe when someone tells me they found a home on their own and might consider doing a transaction without representation. There are so many transactions that I see that don’t have Realtor representation and the odds of closing are greatly reduced, so why take a chance?
Fortunately these folks asked my advice before they decided to proceed on their own. I handled a Realtor referral and home inspector referral.
