“Banker Referrals Just Never Slow Down”

“Banker Referrals Just Never Slow Down”

It is always hard to believe that banks turn down so many loans, but after reading the email below I can understand why. He says that this client’s credit did not line up “Perfectly”. Imperfect is probably 50% of the home buying or refinance marketplace.

Hello Joe,

I have a friend of mine who I would like you to contact about a possible re-finance. We couldn’t do it here at the bank because his credit score didn’t line up perfectly. Hopefully you can help him out. His name is Paul XXXXXX. He lives in East Hartford. He can be reached at 860-XXXXXXX. Thanks for your help and let me know if I can be of any assistance!

Thanks!

I have two closings happening this week that were referrals from banks, the crazy part is that they were pretty easy mortgages to do. I keep reading that the banks are loosening up on their approval process. If that is the case we are in big trouble.

Who else do you know that needs my help?
