“Yes we do Mortgages for Clients with Under 600 Credit Scores”

One of my wife’s friends and colleague is looking to purchase a home. Ideally, she would like to do this jointly with her boyfriend but they are not confident about his credit scores. I know you have programs down to 600 (maybe even 580?) and I am supremely confident you will take care of them. It just makes sense to go to you directly. Here is her info.

There are so many folks out there that would buy a home if they thought they could, but so many are afraid to look into the possibility for fear of rejection.

I interact with clients all the time that just don’t know and rather than checking it out, they do nothing and keep paying rent. Some common issues that hold prospective buyers out of home ownership are:

1) Past and current credit issues

2) Credit score issues, sometime because of credit and sometimes because of lack of credit

3) Income issues, a major issue for self-employed borrowers

4) Student loans even when the payments are deferred, because of new Government loan guidelines

5) Divorce history as a result of joint accounts, especially when payments were late

6) Foreclosures, deed in lieu of foreclosure and short sales

There are many more but when prospective buyers are coached properly and we let them know there is hope they start moving in a positive direction to make home ownership a reality.

Who do you know that needs my help?
