“Getting Clients Out of Hard Money Loans?”

“Getting Clients Out of Hard Money Loans?”

Good morning Joe,

Christopher XXXXXXX opened up a business account with our bank over the weekend and when I spoke with him today he said he has a loan with a hard money lender. I told him I hate to hear that from anyone and try to help them get out of those situations. I told him that I would like to connect him to you and that if anyone in this state could help him out or give him good advice it would be you. Please reach out to him at 860 XXXXXXXX.

Regards

Unfortunately I can’t assist this bank referral. He has 19 collection accounts, 14 of which are for medical obligations, there are three accounts that are not currently in collection, two of which are 90 days late and one is current but over the high credit limit.

It is extremely difficult to work with someone that is a perpetual abuser of credit and that is what this credit history looks like. He is currently paying 12% interest, how crazy when his salary is $120,000 per year.

Even though I explained in detail what he needs to do, I just don’t see that happening. Unfortunately not everyone can be helped.
