Excellent! Thank you. 😎 Joe, the home inspection went very well, have the bid for the renovations, looks like we are ahead of schedule, do you think we will be closing earlier than you think?
I do a lot of coaching to make sure all my clients are well prepared prior to actually doing the mortgage application. Karen is one on these gals who said early on, tell me what I need to do and I’ll do it. She really gets the concept of, “Just Do It”.
We are doing a FHA 203 K loan so there are a lot of moving parts. She had her contractor and home inspector lined up to go into the property as soon as the purchase agreement was signed.
If all goes the way it started out we will close two weeks early. Not something that usually happens with this kind of mortgage.
