I was fortunate to get this email about a future prospective home buyer. It may never go forward if the person doesn’t contact me. So many folks with credit issues aren’t comfortable reaching out for many reasons. They may not think anyone can help them, they may be embarrassed to discuss their situation or they are just not ready to do something positive in their life.
I always appreciate any referral no matter how good or not so good if you will, but always recommend to give me their phone number and email address, so that I can follow up with them. We have better odds of success.
