“No Rush to Find Our Next Home”
Hope all is well with you. Ray and I are selling our home. We will be taking our time looking for our next home (so no rush). However, we are interested in knowing what we would prequalify for. What information do you need us to supply to you? We would probably put $150,000 to $200,000 down but would rather use the $150K in case we need to renovate. Look forward to hearing from you.
I can appreciate when someone indicates they are going to be taking their time to find their next home. But when the right home becomes available, do not wait, even when it means paying more that you anticipated.
I am noticing that as the coronavirus concerns have lessened with some people, a larger number of folks are moving forward with the marketing of their homes.
