“Realtors Referring Many First Time home Buyers for 2016”

“Realtors Referring Many First Time home Buyers for 2016”

Hi Joe, hope all is well. I referred a buyer to you that is looking for land and needs to be pre-qualified. His name is Oscar XXXXX. He will probably be contacting you within the week. You did a mortgage for his sister-law earlier this year.

Thanks, Deb

The majority of pre-qualification letters that I am doing these days are for first time home buyers. Many in the Realtor community have called to discuss clients that have been sitting on the sidelines in 2015, but now there are many getting off the fence.

I have talked with many of them. A good amount of them are scared about what is going on in the world, scared about all the craziness in this country, scared about who will lead this country, scared about not being sure about their job, and that is just to name a few.

For many their rent is going up, they are collecting rent slips and don’t have any tax benefits either.

There are still many that are still going to wait but for some now is the right time.
