“I’ll Take the Referral, but let’s Make it a Win”

“I’ll Take the Referral, but let’s Make it a Win”

I hear you are the man that might be able to help. I have forwarded your information to my client and suggested that he contact you and talk for a bit. His name is XXXXXXX. Please let me know if he contacts you.

I was fortunate to get this email about a future prospective home buyer. It may never go forward if the person doesn’t contact me. So many folks with credit issues aren’t comfortable reaching out for many reasons. They may not think anyone can help them, they may be embarrassed to discuss their situation or they are just not ready to do something positive in their life.

I always appreciate any referral no matter how good or not so good if you will, but always recommend to give me their phone number and email address, so that I can follow up with them. We have better odds of success.

“Who do you know, that needs my help?”
